Freebox player network cable

Hello,

I went to Paris with my siblings for 5 days, while my mother stayed at home. When I got back home, I noticed that there was no wifi for everyone, even though my mother told me she didn't watch TV because she had a phone. It says that the network cable is not connected to the freebox player, however, when I look at the back of my box to check if the cable is unplugged, I see that none of the cables are unplugged. I also see that the network cable is securely connected (one in the Ethernet and the other in the V12 port). I don't understand why I have no wifi when the network cables are connected. Please help me.

No, that's the phone; I'm talking about the cable that needs to connect the two outlets here:

If neither Wi-Fi nor TV is working, it's better to contact Free to change this Freebox.

Does the server box (at the top) display the time correctly?

Good evening, no, neither of the two boxes displays the time, but the one at the bottom shows the blinking light when I press the Free remote control.

Hello,

which Freebox exactly?

Have you tried restarting (power cycling) both the server and player boxes? Especially the server if no one can find the wifi network .....

In principle, they are not connected by ethernet cable (although this is the best) but via wifi or the freeplug.

And there you go ....

But misery, how annoying the line spacing is!!

It's a bit of a mess

It's mainly very dirty and dusty; it must not ventilate well at all.

Is the black RJ45 cable between the two boxes?

To restart, unplug the power supply for 2 minutes, then plug it back in.

Is the RJ45 cable the one that is surrounded? For the power socket, I already turned it off and then back on, but it does nothing.
