Hello,
I have a Thomson WHP3203 wireless headset, the green indicator light on the base is flashing, and the signal light never turns on even if I plug the cord into the jack.
I have tried changing channels on the base and pressing the autotune button, but nothing happens.
Thank you for guiding me on how to reset it or of course resolve this issue.

    Hello
During charging, the headset's "Power" button must be OFF, is that the case?
    Excerpt from the manual
To this end, turn off the headset
using the power button (Power) located on the right earcup
    (R) of your headset. The LED charge indicator on the transmitter will light up green.

Regarding the indicator light, the manual specifies that the volume of the source device should not be set too low.
On some devices, the headphone output volume is adjusted via the menu
What are the references (Brand and model) of the device you are connecting this headset to?
