Phone reset Motorola

Hello, a friend's daughter got a Motorola e13 for Christmas. She is 10 years old and has changed the unlock pattern several times and doesn’t remember it anymore... We wanted to do a hard reset. If we managed to enter the menu, the option wipe data Factory reset is not available. How to proceed to reset everything, knowing that since the phone is new, we can erase everything.
