How to unlock HP ENVY 5640 photo tray

Hello,

When I try to print with the 10x15 photo tray, I'm being asked to unlock the drawer! But I don't see any blockage in the drawer (no paper jam in the path).
There's no issue with the main tray.

Additionally, I couldn't find any manual for disassembly.
Of course, it's no longer manufactured and out of warranty!

      Hello,

      Having followed your good advice and checked the cleaning of the pebbles, the printer still asks me to load paper!
      If I use the main tray, the printing goes smoothly.

      To be honest, I don't remember having used the photo tray much since acquiring the printer.

      But thank you very much.
