Hello, I have a problem with my phone. I have a Xiaomi 11 T Pro 5G, and it's been more than 2 weeks since the fingerprint feature has disappeared. When I go to the security menu, I see that the fingerprint option is no longer there; it has disappeared from my phone. I just updated it, BUT NOTHING CHANGES! I have tried many times to reset my phone to factory settings, but it doesn't change anything. I tried going to a repair shop, but they don't know either, and when I call the XIAOMI service, they say they don't know either. I would like to know if this has happened to any of you and if you managed to solve the problem, how did you do it because I found the option super handy. Thank you, and I wish you a good day.

      Yes, still under warranty, but I see that many people have the same issue or had this problem.

        Return the smartphone to where you purchased it for an exchange.
