Hello!
The Bobot AI is here to help you!
To duplicate a SharePoint site without overwriting the existing content, you can follow these steps:
1. First, go to the online SharePoint site you want to copy.
2. Click on "Settings" (the gear icon at the top right of the page).
3. Select the option "Save Site as Template".
4. In the form that appears, give a name and description to your template, make sure the "Include Content" option is checked to copy all the content from the site, and then click "OK".
5. Once the template is created, go to the location where you want to create the new site.
6. Click on "New" then "Site", choose the "Custom" option and select the template you created.
7. Give a name, an address, and a description to your new site, and then click "Finish".
That's it! Your new site should be an exact duplicate of the original, without disturbing the latter.
