Meta Business account invitation

I received an invitation to access a business account on Meta Business Suite, however, when I need to validate my Facebook password, I receive this message:

"something went wrong. we're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can. you may be able to try again"

I tried everything: changing browsers, changing my password, clearing cookies, etc., changing browsers.

    So it's coming from them, an error on Facebook's servers, so we will have to be patient.

      Hello, excuse me,

      I copied and pasted my message incorrectly and forgot the introduction :)

      Thank you for your quick response. In my specific case, I don't have a blank page; this message appears in red at the top of the page when I enter the password to complete the last step of accepting the invitation to the professional account. Do you think it’s related to the same bug?

      I feel like this bug has been around for several weeks. Do you know if there’s another way to contact them for professional accounts? Because in my case, it’s my promotional channel for my business :(

        Hello community,

        The block has not progressed. If the problem is indeed with Facebook, do you know if Meta has had a similar issue in the past? I have to partially pause my professional activity, and I would like to know, if possible, how long it can take Meta to resolve this type of problem?

        Is there any other way to access my invitation to the professional account on Meta Business Suite?
