Facebook Account Review Delay

Hello everyone,
two days ago, I was logged out of Facebook. When I tried to log back in, I had to take a picture of my ID card. Since then, this message has appeared:
"We have received your information
Thank you for sending us your information.
We have fewer people to review the information due to the coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19). Therefore, we may not be able to review your account.
Please excuse us for the inconvenience."
The problem is that I use Facebook for work, with a page that has more than 70,000 followers. I was the only administrator. As of now, I have no access to anything at all. Neither my personal profile nor my professional pages.
Do you know what the average response time is? Should I just give up and recreate everything from scratch?

Good evening, I am in the same situation. My professional Facebook account was blocked because I tried to change the date of birth. Consequently, I sent documents proving the identity of my company, but for now, I haven't received any email regarding the acknowledgment for over 24 hours. Is this normal? Thank you.
