Hello, I'm trying to buy the Lenovo Legion Slim 5i 16 on the Lenovo website because the PC is on sale, but during the payment, the deduction shows €0. I've been trying for 4 days to contact a Lenovo reseller and Lenovo advisors, but no human response by phone. Do you know why I can't buy the computer?
Please help, I'm starting to despair.

That's not encouraging to buy, just imagine in case of a breakdown!
Afterwards, if you have a little free time, you should take a look at the astonishing number of people who come here almost every day to complain on CCM (I'll spare you other forums…) regarding malfunctions and other issues related to this brand.

Be careful with Lenovo's ordering system; you really need to distinguish between those marked "to configure," which don't actually exist, and there is a delay of 5/6 weeks for delivery of those that are in stock, marked "add to cart," which are available quickly (in a few days).
The "to configure" models meet hardware requirements that are not always specified on Lenovo's site, which results in a non-configurable model, something that the form does not clarify, and the displayed price of "0" is a sign of this; for me, you entered a customized configuration that is not sellable by Lenovo.
