Hello,
I ordered a package from SHEIN on October 24, it's now November 8 and it says my package is "customs cleared" (Paris, Valedwaz Province) since November 3, and when I click on the detailed tracking it shows again "in transit, Hong Kong, flight departure", I've never had issues with my 2 other packages but this one I don't understand..
So I'm coming to the forum to ask for some help.
I already called Colissimo, who don't know anything more. They tell me not to worry and to be patient, the package should arrive soon.

Your question concerns the shipment of a package by a sender and the carrier Colissimo.
Only these commercial services are able to answer their customers. The members of CCM, who are individuals like you and me, have no authority as intermediaries to obtain answers, which are only provided in response to the sender's request, to whom you must address yourself.

I placed an order on December 4th and Shein split the package into two. One arrived on the 13th, and the other has been in transit since. What worries me is that in the tracking information, the package is shipped and shows as being in Paris Valedwaz, and then I see it becomes CDG and Paris Valedwaz again, and then back in transit in Paris Valedwaz. I don't understand anything.

The package has been released and has resumed its journey (apparently by plane?).
The "package tracking" doesn't provide more information, neither about the goods (there is still a tracking reference), nor about customs fees, etc. Over the past few months, we have indeed noticed that the "reports" generated by automated systems are "a bit difficult" for everyone to interpret (that's an understatement).
Colissimo is just one of the carriers at the end of the journey, which may also provide you with tracking "information" from the departure of the goods before you actually have the package.
As long as there are flights, the regulation of goods flow often takes place between airports, and the specific steps are ultimately unknown to anyone in advance, as the journey is long with several possible routes.
Shein is indeed the best positioned to provide you with information at this stage of the journey.

On the 4th, the package was dispatched by air...
And on the 6th, the tracking went backwards
I was told it was being processed while I had the Colissimo tracking number since it had been shipped.
Shein told me there was a bug in their tracking.
On the 7th, the tracking updated and since yesterday customs clearance has been completed.
So it will definitely arrive
Good evening, I am in the same situation as you. It's really annoying this kind of tracking; we don't know when we will be delivered. As for me, I contacted Shein, who told me that my package had been shipped, but the tracking still said "pending packaging." And now it's been in France since the 7th, with an update only yesterday on the app. In my opinion, we shouldn't worry too much; we will be delivered, the site just updates the tracking two days later. I still wish you a good reception of your package despite the little tracking issues.

I'm trying to contact the postal service's parcel claims department but there’s a bug, so it's not working today. To be continued.
