Filmora impossible to use with my premium account

Hello, so here it is, I've had a new PC for a few days now, so I decided to reinstall my editing software on it (Filmora), but there's a problem; I'm connected, but the export doesn't work ("Buy Filmora to remove watermarks and enjoy other premium features!"). I should specify that I installed Filmora 13, and I bought version 12 a few months ago, so I looked online for a solution: I disconnected my old PC and uninstalled the app, then I went to my Wondershare account, went to "My Applications," then "Manage Devices," and finally deleted my old computer from the list. However, on my new PC, no matter how many times I log in, it still thinks I have the free version, even when I'm connected to my premium account. So I think I need to add my device, but here's a new problem! When I click on "Help" and then "Activate Filmora," I end up on their useless chatbot that gives me no information at all. I then find a last solution: install Filmora 12, and by miracle, I eventually find the page to do it, but there's another problem (I must be cursed) the download won't start!!!! It's not working! As a result: I've lost more than 2 hours trying to fix the problem, but nothing works, and I should mention that restarting the computer doesn't solve the issue. (I've been disappointed many times by Wondershare Filmora, but this is really outrageous.....)

Hello, first of all, thank you for your reply, but unfortunately, I have already done that and it doesn't work :(

So I think I will directly contact Wondershare by email; otherwise, maybe there is a delay in reactivating my account, so I will wait until tomorrow to see. I'll keep you updated if it works, thanks again.

Good, I found the solution: I kept the installation system on my old PC and transferred it to my new computer using a USB stick, then I waited all night and my device was displayed and synchronized during this time with Filmora in the devices registry.
