Problem with photos in Filmora

Hello,

I started a video edit on Filmora. It is composed of several small videos and photos. During the editing, everything went well, but when I reopened my file the next day, some photos appeared black in the film and it has stayed that way since. I can't figure out what differentiates the photos that appear correctly from those that appear black! We can see them well in the imported files and at the bottom of the screen where the cursor is, but when the film plays, it's black!
Has anyone ever had this problem?
Thanks

Hello, an idea comes to mind (if I have one!!) that your photo files have been moved and your software can no longer find them.

Sorry, but no, I haven't moved anything! I opened a new project, imported around ten photos, and I have the same problem; some photos appear in the film! And I actually noticed that it was a size issue; those that are larger than 170 KB do not appear. Do you have a quick way to reduce the size of the photos?

Hello, I'm gathering my thoughts and I conclude that a photo of 170KB is already not very big. I would like to know the definition of your photos; it might be that this definition is too small.
At home, I have many photos between 2 and 4MB. 1MB equals 1024KB.

In fact, I imported ten photos into a new Filmora project, the ones I can view are less than 170 KB, while the others range from 170 to 539 KB. The software imports them fine, I can see them in the track scrolling, but it's impossible to view them in the film. I think there’s something to do within the software, but I can't find it...

If you want me to have a comprehensive view, I need the resolution of your photos because 170 to 539 is a completely ordinary volume. If your resolution is too small, it results in photos at a very small dimension.
