Hello, my Instagram account stays black and either opens an error page or closes the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but it's still the same. I created a second account and have no issues with it, so I don’t understand. I cleared the cache, reset the permissions, still nothing. It doesn’t work on PC either, and there has been no response from support. Any solution?
