Infected PC? Gridinsoft Analysis

Hello/Good evening everyone
I am currently analyzing the family PC after it started having weird bugs and strange crashes. I recently came across the anti-malware program Grindinft Anti-Malware in its FREE version. I analyze and manually delete files through the path.
I ran a scan and it detects some Apple files as malware.

This also just came up while I was writing my message.
The problem with having a family computer is like having a car: the more people there are, the more problems there will be, but I don’t understand because I regularly run MalwareBytes, Avast, and Adwcleaner scans.
I tested this software and it all points out the problem is that I have to pay €40 to get premium access so it can remove it. As mentioned above, I sometimes do it manually, but the last "cmnd.exe" is nowhere to be found.
Thanks to anyone who takes the time to help me, otherwise a good formatting will be in order.

Hello.
You should stop scaring yourself with Malware Gridinsoft, which is a crappy pseudo-antivirus; it finds anything to scare you into buying the paid version. Also, avoid visiting the fake disinfecting sites that proliferate on the internet and offer this kind of stuff; they are only there to make money.
Here’s the list of crap to avoid, of which GridinSoft Anti-Malware is a part; see The_antiviruses_or_anti-malwares_to_avoid.

A hello, a response, a thank you are always appreciated.
Ah, I'll get rid of it quickly then. Thanks for the information. I'm loyal to MB, but since it's 2023, I think there's a high probability that it can sometimes be bypassed, so I thought Gridinsoft would be a kind of support, but apparently I did things wrong.
In any case, thanks for the information. Just one question, can I use MB and Avast for protection, or is Windows Defender sufficient for my PC even though we can never be 100% secure?
Windows Defender is sufficient as an antivirus; you can combine it with the free version of Malwarebytes to manually perform occasional scans.
If you want to keep Avast, the answer is the same as with Windows Defender, only regarding Malwarebytes.
If you wish to uninstall Avast, use Avast Clear.
Perfect, I just did it with Avast Clear in safe mode. So I combined MB and Windows Defender by unchecking the "Windows Security Center" box in the MB settings.
Thank you very much, anyway.
May I ask you a question? I often see on the CCM Forum, following security topics, steps proposed for FRST64, the 2 files to post, and often from there you (I’m speaking generally) can tell whether a PC is infected or not.
How do you do it? Is there a trusted site where one can learn this kind of thing? Finally, to really learn about security in order to have a fairly decent level? Maybe my question seems odd, but I would really like to have some knowledge in security.
This is not something you learn in two days; it's best to be motivated.
So if you are motivated, there are training sites, but you sometimes have to wait for them to open for registration, as they close registrations when the number of students is reached. Here are two French sites:
The most advanced training, in my opinion, is on the site security-x.
There is also helper-formation.
Hello, thank you for the information.
Yes, I am still motivated for this kind of training, thank you very much, I will look into it further.
