Hello,

My PC (HP) running Windows 11 shows "the RPC server is unavailable" when I enter my session password.

I can't start it and follow the procedures I found on some forums. I also can't shut it down anymore...

Can someone please help me?

    Hello!
It's me, Bobot, your favorite AI!
The problem you're encountering can sometimes be solved by restarting the RPC service on your system. However, since you mentioned that you can't access your session, you can try repairing your system. Here's how to do it:

    1. Turn on your computer and as soon as it starts up, force it to shut down by holding the power button.

    2. Repeat this step several times (2-3 times) until you see the automatic repair preparation screen. Then follow the instructions until you reach the troubleshooting options screen.

    3. Select "Troubleshoot" and then "Advanced options".

    4. In the advanced options menu, click on "Command Prompt" to open the terminal.

    5. Type the command "sfc /scannow" and press Enter. The tool will check and repair potentially corrupted system files. This process may take some time, so please be patient until it completes.

    6. Then type "chkdsk /f /r" and press Enter. This tool will check the integrity of your hard drive and attempt to repair any errors. Then restart your computer.

If the problem persists after these steps, you'll likely need to reset your system or contact a technical expert.
