The RPC server is unavailable. Solved/Closed

FOR ALL PERSONS RECEIVING THIS MESSAGE the RPC server is not available or who have problems with RPC.
after nights spent searching for a solution to my RPC problem here is the site that will fix your issues:

For those who had the RPC issue while printing, I solved it with this solution: https://www.commentcamarche.net/informatique/imprimantes/1237-spouleur-d-impression-windows/ and by applying solution 1.

Hello,
I'm posting this message solely to help those who are struggling like I did with the famous RPC service being unavailable on Vista when trying to set up a network, share public files, or simply share a printer...
For my part, the Remote Procedure Call (RPC) service was running and set to automatic
I solved my issue thanks to none of the solutions proposed online (even though I searched for a few days).
If you have tried everything without resolving anything, try this:
- Start menu > Run > services.msc
- Look for the "Server" service
- If it is stopped, start it and make sure it is set to automatic start.

- If Windows shows you an error message "1068", the service will not start.
- Look for the "Security Accounts Manager" service
- If it is stopped, start it and make sure it is set to automatic start.
- Then try starting the "Server" service again

For me, it worked; my printer emptied its tray after receiving a few days of test pages...

I struggled like many others to find a solution to "RPC Server is unavailable," and the solution was given to me by "Darkmaul" (who I greet by the way! ..)

I also had a problem but I found it on my own
I searched everywhere on the internet but found nothing interesting, it was tough!

Here’s the solution (it took me 6 hours to find the cause ppppffff):

- Run the command "services.msc" (Start menu, Run) or "Administrative Tools/Services"

- Make sure to check the list of services:

* Remote Procedure Call (RPC):
- Status: Started
- Startup type: Automatic

* DCOM Server Process Launcher:
- Status: Started
- Startup type: Manual

NOTE: Installed by Windows XP Service Pack 2 (I think)

* Windows Installer:
- Status: Manual
- Startup type: (nothing)

I'm posting about a relatively old topic, but this might help some people.

If the issue occurs when accessing via TSE session, simply connect locally to the server and execute the following command:

ipconfig /flushdns
