Hello, I bought a Roblox card for my son but he scratched it too hard so the code is unreadable.

    Hello, contact support at https://www.roblox.com/support.

    You will need to provide them with the following additional information:

    • Username(s)
    • Serial number (number in the bottom right corner of the card)
    • Purchase date and amount of the gift card
    • Store and city of purchase
    • PIN numbers of all purchased cards (including cards successfully redeemed)
    • Image or scan of the purchase receipt
    • Image or scan of the front and back of the gift card or screenshot of the email with the PIN of the virtual card
    • (if applicable) Image of any error messages received during redemption

    Note: Please ensure that all provided images are in .jpg or .png format only.

    I hope that at least they will ask me for proof, like receipts and the card I have on the side. They know very well that they are children after all. I hope they will be accommodating.

      Oh unfortunately, without proof there is no refund, otherwise it would be too easy to commit fraud...
