Hello

I have a problem receiving my Orange emails when my Kaspersky VPN is activated

Can you tell me if other VPNs do not have this issue

    Hello,

    are you not receiving the emails or can you not read them?

    Those are two different things:

    in the first case, it's between the sender and the Orange mail server, but in the second case, it's between you and the mail server.

    In the first case, your distant NAT (VPN) is not being used.

    Also,

    are you using webmail or an email client, like Outlook?

    And there you go, there it is ....

    But oh dear, those line spacings are so annoying!!

    I contacted Kaspersky, they tell me to check this with Orange. No response

    In order to read my messages, I have to disable my VPN.

    No point in spending money if it serves no purpose.
