Hello,

I'm having problems with my Mappy E738 GPS, I can't access navigation or settings, it is stuck.

    See with the "Reset" button to reset it.

    Thank you, but it doesn't matter, I have tried several times and nothing changes, I manage to turn it off and back on, but it always returns to the same home page, navigation - configuration. I think it is not working.

      Hello,

      Yes, it's possible… Try completely discharging the battery, leaving it on for a while, and then charging it again to see if it decides to restart correctly.

    Well, no luck, no miracle, dead battery, I reset it, I completely turned it off, I reconnect it to the charger, and directly the Mappy navigation - configuration page appears with no possibility of accessing either one. I think we're going to have to take matters into our own hands and spend some money. Thank you for your help,
