Gps Mappy ITI E418 no navigation

Hello,
I am reaching out to you for a small GPS problem.
My neighbor bought a Mappy ITI E418. However, it is not working; there is no way to access the navigation. There is only one file, "Transport," in the GPS. And it is not recognized by the Mappy software for updates.

    It turns on well, there is no problem with that. It's when we want to access the navigation menu that nothing happens.

      The GPS signal takes a long time to be found on this model..
      It needs to be done outdoors, not inside a building.

      We cannot access the navigation menu at all. There is no need for GPS signal to enter the destination, and we do not have access to the menu where we choose the destination.
