Kaisui remote control is not working anymore.

Hello,

I have a 127 cm Kaisui television and the remote control from the same brand no longer works.

So I bought a remote control at Fnac.

One For ALL. The seller told me it was compatible. In the manual, there is no mention of this brand, so there is no code.

The remote control is URC7115.

If someone can help me, I would be delighted.

    Hello everyone,

    I had mentioned my remote control that no longer works with the TV. I bought a supposedly compatible one that didn't work either. I returned it. I decided to dismantle the remote control of my TV piece by piece. I took a cotton pad that I soaked in alcohol and thoroughly cleaned the remote control, which was really dirty.

    I put everything back together and now it works again. Maybe it's an idea for someone.

    The possible codes for a KAISUI television are 0037 0556

      All you have to do is return the remote and inform the seller that it doesn't work with your TV.
