Hello, I just bought a Garmin HRM dual heart rate strap on Amazon. I installed the Garmin Connect software on my phone. When I try to add equipment, even though it’s not on the suggested list, when I try to connect with another strap, it manages to find mine by default and gives me its name. But when I try to connect, I get the message: we found an HRM dual, but it is not in Bluetooth pairing mode... can you help me? I can't find the solution.

    Hello, I finally managed to find the answer by myself. I got a response from Garmin on their Facebook contact page saying that this strap is not compatible with their Garmin Android app. I don't find this logical, but oh well. However, with a free Decathlon app, if I'm not mistaken about its free status since many recommended ones became paid after a month. In any case, with the Decat'coach app, I was able to add this accessory and it works very well. So, here's to help those who might have difficulties like I did.
