For several days, my watch has been stuck, meaning that none of the buttons respond; the only one that works is the one on the top left (the one to stop/start the menu)
On my screen, I have the watch logo = phone logo Bluetooth
Has anyone experienced this and how can I fix it
Just to clarify, when I start the synchronization on my phone or tablet, it proceeds, but no data is displayed, so it seems like it hasn't recorded anything from my day (the contacts on the back of the watch light up normally)

I wanted to give you an update on my misadventure

Basically, I had to battle with the store (whose publicity would be quite negative) because for them, there was no problem, everything was normal. So he put the watch on his computer, fiddled with it, and came back to tell me that everything was back to normal. Given that I had already had some minor issues just 15 days after the purchase, I insisted on a replacement of the product with a new one or a refund.
The seller initially refused, and I put him up against the wall by explaining that I wasn't leaving the store until I got satisfaction
Seeing that I was following through on my words, he contacted the brand of the watch, which gave the green light for a replacement

In the end, I got what I wanted, and for now, everything is going very well
