Video not displaying

Hello,

When I play a video, whether on Netflix or YouTube, the image doesn’t show up but I can hear the sound. What should I do?

    Hello,

    Is it on Windows or an app?
    If it's in a browser like Chrome, try switching to Firefox.

      Thank you for the response, but:

      I have already tried, it doesn't change anything.

      All the drivers are up to date, extensions disabled, cookies deleted....

    I had read something about hardware acceleration, I don't remember what. If you can't find anything better, you can search in that direction.
