Need a USB port: HDD 5V1A

Hello,

I currently live in the city of Saar in Quebec and I would like to get a USB port (HDD 5V 1A) so that I can read the files on my external hard drive 3.0 please! Let me know where I can find it in my constituency and how much it might cost me approximately. I have a Samsung smart TV.
