Hello,

There are several of us affected in the company, and we can no longer connect to our email (Exchange account) from our smartphone running on Android. Outlook returns error 2604, stating that we need to check our network settings, even though the internet access is working fine.
We have tried uninstalling Outlook and connecting via 4G and Wifi, but that doesn't change anything.

Do you have a solution, please?

Thank you ;-)

    Hello

You need to contact the IT manager of your company or the service provider managing the Exchange server services..

The settings are specific to each company and we do not have access to this information...

    See you later

      Hello,

It's not an Exchange settings issue since not all users are affected. Only a few are impacted. The problem comes from the smartphones, but what should be changed on those????

    Hello

Unless ALL the users experiencing this issue are using the same smartphone model, it's impossible to tell you what to modify in your settings.

Do they all have the same 4G/5G operator? The same WiFi Box operator? Any VPN apps? Any antivirus?

But sometimes a "real" restart is enough!! Long press on the power button...

On a smartphone that has the error and is "safe" (no data to back up). Try doing a factory reset (reset to factory settings).

    See you later
