Exchange connection issue on Outlook

Hello everyone,

I have a problem with one of my mailboxes and I really need help...

It is hosted by OVH; it's an Exchange. When I connect it to Outlook (the old version) because the new one doesn't support Exchange, everything works fine. Then a little while later, when I reopen Outlook, I get a message saying something like "your mailbox has been temporarily moved to Microsoft Exchange," and it offers me to open a temporary mailbox or to use the old data.

No matter what I choose, when I get to it, there's nothing there anymore... I have to redo the entire mailbox configuration.

I’ve been tearing my hair out for several days; would someone be kind enough to help me?
