Hello,
I just downloaded Canon image garden to scan documents from my PIXMA MG7751. Once the installation was complete, the Scan function is grayed out and inaccessible. Additionally, when I open the "File", "Edit", "Image", "Function" menus, there is nothing inside. It feels like the download of Image Garden did not go well. I have tried reinstalling it twice, but it's the same...

Hello.
Having never heard of Canon image garden, I consulted the Internet where I found this very informative article.
You should study it carefully, especially if you don't have the user manual for this software.
But from what I've read, it works with downloaded images and does not allow for file scanning. For that, you should have gotten an O.C.R.!
Retirement is great! Especially in the Caribbean...

I believe there is a misunderstanding about this software and its functions...
It is written on the site:
My Image Garden is a handy software application that allows you to organize your photos and print them...
There is no mention of scanning or editing... There is probably another application for that..?
It would rather be "IJ Scan Utility" for scanning documents or images...
