Epson printer printing blank pages

Hello, I have an Epson Stylus SX215 printer.
When I request to print a document, it prints a blank page.
- I have checked the nozzles
- There is ink in the cartridges (but they are running low even though the printed pages are blank)
- I printed a test page that is perfectly fine.
Do you have any solutions to suggest? Thank you in advance.

hi
if you make 1 photocopy, is the printing correct?

No, actually I just printed a color photo and all the black parts are missing. They're in white.
My previous prints were only black text, which explains why the printer was giving me blank pages.
Now, how can I solve this problem of missing black ink when my cartridge is indeed full?

re
I checked the nozzles
did you perform a cleaning of the print head?
There's ink in the cartridges, but they are emptying while the printed pages are blank
is there enough ink left to print?
do you have the latest drivers for your printer? ==> click here
also check the printer properties for the print selection
how long has your problem been going on?
PS: since the test page prints fine, see what happens if you make a photocopy from the printer, rather than printing from the pc

Yes, I have enough ink to print.
My printer settings are okay.
I have installed the latest drivers and software.
I bought the printer a few days ago, but it's an older model.
I made a photocopy of a squared sheet (squares and blue lines) with text written in black, and the writing came out dark blue.
But the strangest thing is that the very fine line spacing and the red border line have nearly completely disappeared. Only the blue squares and the blue text remain.
Thank you for your help, it's really nice of you.

Re
I bought the printer a few days ago, but it’s been used for some time.
So it’s a second-hand printer.
Can you check with the previous owner to see if they had the same issue as you currently do?

The previous owner hadn't used it for a long time, and he told me that he thought the cartridges were out of ink and probably needed to be changed.
After analyzing another photocopy, I realized that the printer only printed in Cyan and Magenta.
So, Black and Yellow are not printing at all. I checked several times, removed and reinserted the cartridges in their slots, but the printer does not put these colors on the paper. The cartridges still have ink and are not dry.
However, the ink levels for Yellow and Black do deplete as I print, even though there’s nothing on the printed sheets.
I am therefore perplexed. I can imagine that it must be a problem with the ink transfer between the cartridge and the nozzles. But where the problem precisely lies, I do not know yet.
Thank you once again for the help you continue to provide me.

I tried this trick but nothing changes.
I also went to see a salesperson in the store who told me to try resetting the printer: Hold down the power button, unplug the printer, (keep holding the button), then plug the printer back in and release the button.
I did it but nothing changed either.
I'm really screwed, to be honest.

The problem with cleaning the printheads is that you also consume ink from the other cartridges that are functioning.. (that's why the ink levels of the others drop at startup during printer initialization).
If the nozzles are clogged, as seems to be the case, it's not looking good..
Try the cleaning products.... but I'm not holding my breath with this type of ink.Your printer uses DuraBrite ink.. It's an extremely robust pigment-based ink (water-resistant once dry! The demonstration at the Epson booth in exhibitions is to put a printed photo paper in a bowl of water!) so cleaning products leave me a bit skeptical...
If the printer is worth it, you can only replace the printhead.. you need to see if you can do it and if it doesn't cost a fortune...

besides the solution of contrariness (which I commend) in this message ==> click here
I don't see how I can help you further :(

Hello.
<<< he hadn't used it for a long time >>>
As contrariness mentions, of course the nozzles are completely clogged. You need a small transparent and flexible tube to inject mineral water into each nozzle. Let it "simmer" for half a day, then repeat the cleaning. At the end of the day, pull a test page to see if the result is better. I had an Epson SX 415 for more than ten years, and every now and then I had to go through this to get a decent print. It's true that the so-called "compatible" cheap cartridges I installed at first when I got this printer didn't help matters.
There are also nozzle cleaning kits for sale ==>
See you...
