Good evening everyone, I have a problem with my HP Envy 5000 printer which no longer prints. There is one third of ink left in both the black and color cartridges. I printed without any issues just a week ago. And yesterday, nothing came out on the sheets, not a drop of ink; I did all the cleanings and factory reset, and nothing worked. You can hear the printing as usual, but it produces blank sheets. Yesterday, I also had an error code, but it disappeared after the factory reset. The drivers are up to date and it is one year old. So I would like to know what you think, thank you in advance.

Maybe a lead ► This way
Personal opinion... If you're using generic cartridges, there's a good chance the printing issue is at that level
Solutions ► Buy a set of HP brand cartridges and try printing..

Thank you for the help, these are HP cartridges, I still have the prints from a few days ago and they are perfect, nothing indicates that there is almost no ink left. The fact that it happens all of a sudden is strange, isn't it, or is it possible? What is also odd is that I get nothing at all when making a black and color photocopy. There is no ink under the black cartridge when I wipe it, while there is under the color cartridge. Do you think that the fact that the black ink isn't coming out could impact the color printing? I wouldn't want to buy ink for nothing, it's not cheap. Thanks for the link that allowed me to see that it's no longer under warranty ;-). One last thing, when I make a color photocopy, the printing slows down a lot, more and more until it is almost at a standstill at the end, lol, but there is nothing on the sheet, there you go. Thank you very much for the help.
