Hello,

I just got a MacBook for my studies, but unfortunately I need to transfer my files to another computer because with my printer, the Mac sends a printout in code. I want to clarify that all the drivers are up to date and I have already reset the printing system several times, but I can't find any solution that works, so I'm reaching out to you.

Thank you in advance!

Hello

Yet the symptom (code) clearly indicates a driver issue. This phenomenon arises from the incorrect interpretation of the job sent by the PC to the printer (basically, the translator is not the right one). The driver on the Mac does not seem to be the correct one. That’s where you need to start over.

All drivers for Mac OS versions are available on the printer manufacturer's page.
Don’t hesitate to first uninstall the existing drivers and restart before reinstalling the correct version.

Best regards
