Good evening, following an update made on an application, my phone restarted and when it turned back on, I entered my password and it displays "starting phone" and does not access the applications. If you have an answer, please let me know.
Best regards

Hello,
Can you access the phone's settings? If so, try turning off the power saving mode.
If you can't access the settings, check if this option is directly available from a shortcut (battery) or the notification center.
If not, plug in your phone charger and see if that helps to unlock it.
If none of the previous solutions worked, try force restarting the phone. Press and hold the Power button and the Volume Down button at the same time for 10 seconds. Release the buttons as soon as the phone starts up.

Good evening, yes, I can access the setting. By going into the battery tab, there is a triangle with an exclamation point next to which it says "Problem reading the battery meter," then I went into "battery saver" to disable the switch, and as soon as you exit the window, it reactivates by itself.
Thank you for taking the time to respond. Have a good evening.

Hello,
The error message may indicate an issue with the battery... Try a force restart as mentioned in my previous message.
Then go back to the settings and try to disable the power-saving mode again. Also, check if this message is still present.
If the problem persists, try updating your Samsung.

I have restarted the phone several times, but without any change. As for updates, I can't access them.
Your phone needs a repair in my opinion. I invite you to contact Samsung support.
