Small lock on the home screen

Hello, a small lock icon on the home screen of my Samsung A16, blocks my phone

customer service couldn't do anything, I type my PIN and it asks me again I go in circles and cannot make calls or send messages

could someone help me, please?

    This little lock screen appeared on the home screen and prevents me from accessing anything—calls, messages. I enter my PIN as requested and I return to the starting point.

    The support center told me that I must have set a security code; I don’t know, I would have noticed it.
