Hello, I changed my box because my old one was no longer working. When I plugged in my new box, this message appeared: "Orange network not detected." Yet I connected it properly. I tried turning it off and on again, but nothing works. If you have a solution, thank you, have a nice day. Otherwise, I will contact 39 00. Thank you.

    Hello,

    Did you change your Box?

In case of malfunction, it's Orange that exchanges it. With ADSL, there is a connection with the FTI credentials and an activation due to the automatic backup of the credentials from the old LiveBox 4.

If this Box comes from elsewhere, it is likely that it has different credentials, which prevents this restoration. Therefore, you indeed need to get in touch with Orange, who may not be pleased because there is no reason for the Box in question to come from anywhere else.

The identifier fti/.... and its associated password is assigned to the customer, not to the box.

    Hello,

did the old box have the same issue?

    ADSL connection or fiber?

If fiber, do you have an external ONT box?

Is it a LB4 that replaces the LB4?

And there you go, here we are ....

But what a pain those line spacings are!!

      OK,

do you see the ADSL synchronization? You should have a first DSL light that turns solid and your Internet (globe) light that keeps blinking.

If so, just fill in the PPP configuration and enter your FTI/.... username and its password.

You should find that on your Orange account, maybe on your old box or the letter received following registration, see also:

I can't find on the Orange customer area why the light stays on.

Yes, the light is fixed. In space, I feel like it is still detecting my old box, but I can't find how to change it.

On the account, there is at least the username, I remember, in the email you must have both and the password, it's possible in SMS.
