Orange network card LED blinking

Hello everyone.
My problem is that my network card is blinking: the green LED is steady while the orange one is blinking, which indicates that the connection on my client machine is very slow; whereas on the other client machines the orange LED is off and the green LED is steady and the connection is still good.
Can I know why?

    This means that there are collisions at the data transfer level. It could also be due to a defective network cable. The network card may also be defective.

      Thanks again. The problem lies in the network card or the PCI slot, because when I changed the card in the same PCI slot, there was still no network access, but when I changed the slot, it worked.
