Hello, I have a 7.0 inch widescreen tft mp5 player and until now there have been no issues, but since this morning when I insert the USB flash drive to listen to music like I usually do, everything freezes, the touchscreen is unresponsive, there’s no sound, and I can’t do anything except turn it off. Without the USB flash drive, everything works as before, but as soon as I insert it, nothing works. Do you know how to fix it?

    Does this problem also occur with another USB key?

    It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...
