Hello,

I have a problem with my HP Envy Inspire 7200e series printer.

I can't print a document; my printer displays a message saying that my photo tray is jammed, even though it isn't. I turn off my printer and then turn it back on, and I still get the same message. Please let me know how to proceed to be able to print my document.
