Recover my Gmail password

With my Android phone I can connect to my Gmail inbox without issue. But on my Windows PC, suddenly my password is no longer “valid.” At Google, the recovery procedure is sometimes a headache, a stupid labyrinth, a snake biting its own tail... so I’m reluctant to engage with it! I’ve already provided information recently with another account!
My request is the following:
How could I view the password for my Gmail account on my phone since I can connect without any problem with this Android phone?

You cannot view your current password. However, you can change it easily from your phone and not from your Windows PC.

If you use "forgot password" from your computer, they will ask you to enter an old password. If you click on "Try another method," they will propose validating on your phone, if it is your trusted phone.
