Hello, two or three months ago I got a TV for free and for about a week now, it has started to malfunction. It turns on for about 20 to 30 seconds, then turns off and turns back on again.

I tried unplugging it for a few minutes to fully discharge it, which initially helped it stay on longer, but then the problem returned.

I then opened the plastic cover to check if any capacitors were swollen, but I didn't find anything. I also thought that the issue might be with the MPX capacitors on the power board, but I'm not very knowledgeable about these components.

Could you help me find the problem?

Thank you!

Thank you, I have already read this site and I just reached point 10 where we need to check the capacitors (hence my question about the yellow MPX capacitors). As for point 11, I don't really want to buy a new motherboard without being sure that it's the one that's damaged.
