Philips TV 43PUS6401/12 won't turn on. ANDROID issue

Hello everyone,

When I turn on my TV, it keeps restarting, ultimately displaying this message.

First, I clicked on "Wipe cache partition" to reset the TV, without success. Then I went to the Philips website and downloaded the software upgrade file https://www.philips.fr/c-p/43PUS6401_12/6000-series-televiseur-ultra-plat-4k-avec-android-tvtm-avec-ambilight-2-cotes-et-pixel-plus-ultra-hd/aide#faq

I extracted the file and introduced it into the TV via a USB key by clicking on "Apply update from SD card". The update apparently installed on my TV, but the problem is still there.

Since I can't afford to repair it, I'm seeking your help.

Do you have a solution?

    For those who come across this post and have the same issue, know that I was able to resolve the problem by contacting Philips support. They sent me a file to download to reinstall the TV software. Everything is OK.

      Hello,

      I also clicked on "reboot now". It restarts the TV with the same issues and I end up with the same message... -_-

    I tried to follow the procedure from your link. No luck -_-.

    Since Philips support is unreachable by phone, I sent them an email.
