This site is a Chinese site located in the province of ZheJiang and hosted in the USA, see magistafootball.com.

This explains that processing and shipping times for the order will be long; given the prices, it's probably counterfeit, there are no mandatory legal notices, and to contact them there is just a contact form, which is basically nothing. For my part, I never leave my credit card number and never order from these kinds of sites that sell everything at half price, which is a sign of counterfeiting and thus a scam.

In any case, in case of a problem, you have no recourse, as this site is outside France and the EU.
