LOGICOM LUNAR stuck on the boot screen

Hello.

I recently (about 2-3 months ago) bought a new Logicom Lunar and it’s handy for checking my emails, etc., but it’s not very powerful. It has already shut down on me twice on its own (at 25%) and just today a few minutes ago. I let it recharge and then tried to turn it back on but it stays stuck on the boot screen (the Logicom logo) and then nothing. I’m trying to enter recovery mode, but instead of launching the menu, the phone keeps showing the Logicom logo over and over... what should I do?

The customer service is my last resort.

    Hello,

indeed it seems there is a defect, did you use the batteries provided?

If so, head to the retailer for a warranty return.

    Whoa, it's not a battery-operated phone

I'm sorry, I was convinced that Logicomm only dealt with DECT.

They have evolved for more than 20 years!

      Hello,

I need your help... My LOGICOM Lunar pro shows an error message at startup. I just got it yesterday and it already has a startup problem.

Thank you for being able to help me (URGENT)

      Hello,

If you've had it since yesterday, return it to where you bought it for an exchange or a refund.

That's it, I managed to solve the "keeps restarting" problem. Apparently, it wasn't charged at all. I used a technique I saw in a video; pressing the power button several times while keeping it plugged in. It worked and showed the battery charging logo. I let it charge for a few minutes and I was able to restart it. Now we need to see if it works correctly.
