Hello,

I can't listen to Netflix with my Sennheiser headphones, the sound is distorted, even though it works with all other channels. I've been subscribed to Netflix for 2 weeks.

If someone has the answer, it would make my life easier.

    Hello,

What are the references (Brand and model) of the television and what is the model of the Sennheiser headset?

What do you mean exactly by "Scrambled sound"?

How is Netflix transmitted to the television? (Wi-Fi or direct connection to a box - an external decoder connected to the internet)

It's very difficult to catch a black cat in a dark room.
    Especially when it's not there...

      Thank you for your message,

Samsung television, model QE65 QN95AT NEO QLED 163cm

      Sennheiser RS 2000 headphones

I hear a loud crackling in the headphones, and I would like to point out that the audio reception works very well on all other channels including YouTube.

I have been subscribed to Netflix for two weeks.

Netflix is transmitted to the television via a direct connection from the decoder and the Orange box, the source being Orange fiber.

The headphones are connected directly to the decoder.

      Thank you for your response.

OK... and what is the sound of the television like when you are on Netflix?

No worries... is the problem only with the headset?

You say: "The headset connected directly to the decoder." What model of decoder do you have? Your headset has a sound input with a 3.5mm jack; it needs an analog output jack or RCA (L-R) on the decoder.
