Hello, I don't understand why I want to leave a review on a certain site on Google but it doesn't appear in the right sidebar. How is that possible?

It's impossible for me to give an opinion on certain sites that you haven't named, among hundreds of thousands.
It may be that reviews can only be shared by registered users, a necessary precaution to limit the outbursts of individuals with a need for eruptive publication when they are not lost visitors like we regularly see on CCM.
The best thing is to contact this essential site, which, if it adheres to the rules governing the internet, should not have failed to provide a contact form.
Whether they will respond to your request is another matter.
