SAGE Payroll won't start on Windows 11 _DLL file error

Hello.

I have the software SAGE Payroll and HR i7 v11.20 that I installed and have always used on Windows 10 without any problem.

I purchased a new computer with Windows 11 and when I install the same version of SAGE PAY with the same setup, it does not launch and sends an error message (see screenshot):

"GSWDDL32.dll is not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Please reinstall the program...."

I have tried several maneuvers without success, always running the program as Administrator:

- Updating, uninstalling, and reinstalling the Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable;

- Downloading the GSWDLL32.dll file and replacing the existing file in the SAGE PAY installation directory;

- Updating Windows 11;

- Resetting the computer with Windows 11;

- Copying the GSWDLL32.dll file into the "C:\Windows\System32" directory

And yet the software installs and runs without any issue on Windows 10.

Could you please help me?

    Hello, I spent 1 hour and 20 minutes searching, but I found the solution.

    I invite you to download the DLL files "gswdll32.dll" and "gswag32.dll" (making sure to rename them to lowercase) and then replace the ones in the Sage folder. And Boom! You're welcome ;)
