Vinted "ghost" account (0 views on items)

Hello everyone! There's a recurring issue or bug on Vinted that has been persisting, and I've been experiencing it for 2 weeks now. Our items are like "invisible," as if they are being posted but don't appear in the app; many of us are having this problem, but there is no real solution. We are contacting support in vain who claims to be handling the issue, but that's not true! For my part, I think it's due to the fact that I activated vacation mode; since then, nothing. I'm not the only one affected, so you could help more than one of us if you assist us!! ????
