3DS that shuts down right away

Hello,
I would like to know how to fix my 3DS because it turns off immediately when I turn it on, even when it is charged. It's not the battery that is dead; we've already changed it. It was fine until suddenly one day it started turning off as soon as I turned it on for 1 second.

Hello,
The problem with electronics is that in order to repair them, you need specific knowledge and equipment in the field, and figuring out where the malfunction comes from through a forum is nearly impossible; you would need to consult a repairman or invest.

Hello, there are several possible causes:
• Problem with a ribbon cable: disassemble your 3DS and check if the ribbon cables are connected. If you have reconnected one (or more) but it still won't turn on, disconnect them and reconnect them (there may be a loose connection)
• Problem with a connector: If the issue is not with the ribbon cables, it may come from one or more connectors of those ribbons (requires a soldering iron (it's best to use this solution as a last resort (if you can't solder, you'll need to go through customer service)))
• Software issue: you need to use the following combination: L + R + UP + POWER simultaneously (if that doesn't work, replace UP with DOWN (UP = top of the directional pad and DOWN = bottom of the directional pad))
• Corrupted data: remove the SD card and restart the 3DS, turn it off, reinsert the SD card, and turn it back on (check the result at startup)
• Problem after a hack: https://forums.commentcamarche.net/forum/affich-37252399-nintendo-3dsxl-hack
• Other malfunction: customer service
In any case, if you're not handy, I recommend customer service. And also:
- How old is your 3DS?
- When did this problem occur?
- Is the new battery an official or generic battery?
