Hello,
I made a sale via Leboncoin on August 16, 2023.
The buyer paid me through the Leboncoin payment service for a hand-to-hand exchange.
The buyer came to pick up the item and triggered the payment.

It is now August 21, which is 5 days later, and I still haven't received this payment. I find this unacceptable, especially since I needed this money immediately!
However, the help center on the Leboncoin site clearly states
"Once the payment is triggered, you should expect a delay of about 48 hours before the payment is visible in your Leboncoin wallet."

There's something I don't get... if you're doing a hand-to-hand delivery... you might as well get paid at that moment...
Personally, whether buying or selling, that's what I ask for.
