    You are right to doubt this site which has only existed for 14 days; it was created on 06/08/2023, see this information about the site jardin-univers.fr.

    Amateur site, as it was bought turnkey from Shopify, so it's probably an individual doing dropshipping, the prices are too low to be honest, there are no mandatory legal notices, this site is therefore anonymous, as for the address indicated at the bottom of the page, it is probably fake, here's what 34 Rue Cortambert, 75116 PARIS looks like view this page, it's a bank, so it has nothing to do with gardening equipment.

    Conclusion:

    THIS SITE SHOULD BE AVOIDED.

    Same here.

    I'm frustrated, €179.99 lost and no shed.

    No replies to my numerous emails.

    No customer service, everything is a scam.

    On the other hand, very clever. The site is nicely done.

    I guess there is no recourse?

      Not really, this site has been purchased turnkey by an individual who does dropshipping, all these sites look alike, anyone can buy one through a modest monthly subscription.

      I imagine there is no recourse?

      There isn't really any recourse since the information provided on the site is apparently false, the only certain thing is that the site is hosted in Canada, as for the country of registration there is nothing, in my first message I provided the information for the site jardin-univers.fr where you can find a name and an email address as well as a postal code and its locality (74200 Margencel) but that could also be false.

      For sites registered in France, there is the DGCCRF.

      For sites registered in Europe, there is the EUROPEAN CONSUMER CENTRE.

    Like you, I've just been charged, an order for €154.99.

    But on my bank statement, I know that the beneficiary is in 95220 Herblay, and the bank cannot provide more information.

    Do you have this information and the same as me? It would give me more to file a complaint.
