Order by credit card for a Windows 10 license made yesterday.
No download link received. No response to the phone. No response by email.
Invoice received but no license.

Complaint filed today with the DGCRF for phishing and a second one at the police station.

A total scam. They offer a license they do not have, then suggest and impose the same thing in another language (at the same price, of course), which requires a multitude of installations that, depending on the PC's capabilities, do not function.
The customer service is more than mediocre.
The answers do not correspond to the questions asked.
And finally, for a refund, I think that's just a dream.
Pure scammers! Avoid this site, it's a piece of advice.

I confirm that this is a complete scam.
I received 2 successive keys that cannot be validated.
The support service then suggested that I install the TEAMVIEWER software to examine my PC in order to determine the source of the problem, which I obviously refused.
Same here, I will file a complaint.

Complaint also filed with ECC Belgium and CNIL, then with the police if nothing comes of it. This site must be shut down. Besides the scam that countless people are suffering, in my case it's outright theft. Not a single purchase confirmation email, no delivery and of course refusal to refund. The anonymous character who deigns to respond only if you attack on the fb page publicly, otherwise nothing, treats people like fools with complete impunity. Site to be avoided at all costs; if it's too late, take the time to file a complaint, numbers have strength.
Nothing is legal on this site.
